IIQ should only effect currency and gems; should have no effect on gear.
Other than that, no changes are required. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

I've been playing in Domination since it started, and I love the no IIQ thing except for on uniques and maps. It'd be nice to see IIR go the same way.
