Giving away Onslaught/HC items since i'd no longer play!

Best moment was when we killed Oak cruel with my friend in our first playthrough. It was so fun because we were cheesing every boss with portals in softcore and we had a real hard time for the first time in that damn bandit. We tried to run around and hit him some times but he was always getting some hits to us and we were running out of flask charges coz of lack of dps. After like 1 hour of trying we finally got him down with me facetanking with blood rage for lifesteal, hoping that the low life attack speed with give me more lifesteal and keep me alive. I was shouting in skype while shooting my bow and hoping i will survive till the end.

6L #1 Onslaught

My best moment: Finding some decent people I have never met and probably never will meet in real life, whith whom I can play/trade/help each other with and even trust with my most valuable items. Alone I am strong, but together we are even stronger.

HC Lioneye´s

"Years" ago I sold a ring to a level 35 guy, we did some talk, i asked him to link his stuff to see if i have some upgrades for him. He had a shitty wand and i found a 75% Spell Wand (hybrid roll) with CS for LvL 35 in my Stash. I know he was low on currency and decided to give him the wand for free, asking him to give it back to me when he found something better. he was extremly happy about that, which makes me happy :D

Belive it ot not, he really gave it back to me, and not only him: i borrowed the wand to (i think) 4 people, and it allways came back to me.

Last guy i gave the wand was offline for a long time and i quite forget about the wand. I leveld a freeze-shadow and at Level 36 i decided that a badly need a new wep. The second i typed in "WTB ..." in Tradechat, i got a whisper from the guy who was offline for like ages:
"Dude, i nearly forgot to give the wand back. U want it now? :)?"

I was like "ok....."

Do good things, and good things come back to you!

My POE Story, Paying It Forward.
My best moment in POE and in any game I have ever played was when I met a friend Sam before Onslaught's existence. I was running ledge in a public party in standard back when I first started playing.

Me and this guy kept doing runs even after everyone else left. It was quiet none of us said much. But then i started noticing how often he was dying, i mean..he was dieing at least every 2-3 runs. So i chirp up,"Hey what gear are you using?" He linked me some decent items and a few crappy ones. Without saying anything I portaled to town and grabbed a bunch of twink/low lvl uniques and brought them back to him and traded to him. He accepted the trade and paused for a long moment.

"Thank you so much." he said. I told him it was not a problem glad I could help and we continued.

Me and this friend played all through cruel/merc in the next days. We added eachother to friends list and I started asking him questions like where he was from and what he did. Since we had been so silent I figured I would make a conversation. He said a few short words then,"Can we skype?" So I said sure we got in skype and he was so much more talkative! Come to find out, my new found friend had only one arm and was unable to walk after an IED explosion that happened while serving in Afghanistan.

I told him that now I understood why he barely said anything and thanked him for serving. I told him,"Your attitude on life even shows through in the game. No matter how much you keep getting knocked down you just keep going that is truly remarkable to me." THis guy just kept playing and laughing and having fun with me. We still play together. He did something awesome for me....

See, I have been a hardcore alcoholic for the last 4 years after my divorce, losing everything I was in a constant state of depression... My friend has shown me to be stronger. Since meeting him I have quit drinking, I work full time and I can see my kids again.

We still play together in Onslaught.
Thank you Sam.

I'm a forum warrior, i was born to post, raised to defend my league. Now my post has been removed, chained and exiled by mods who Ban. Ban is my brother; i do not fear it. I see it in the eyes of men and beasts that i troll. It will take me to play the actual game when i am ready and i am not ready.
