You don't understand. Even if it is rarer than any other unique in the game and only .25% of all players actually running Atziri will see this axe dropping, it's available to melee builds. Casters are really to an disadvantage to not have an item they will never have practically. :P

You say like getting the run is an achievement, which it isn't anymore. Completing it - yes. Getting to run it is just a matter of farm or big pockets.

Any reasonably good spell caster weapons will be better yes (that is the point), which I already explained. Except if Echo is OP, which will be silly, since it will get nerfed then later on. Spells NEED crit or/and +to lvls to be competitive. This has nothing of the sorts. The spelldamage roll looks low (unless this is a low roll and it can roll something like 120-200. But then the staff is even crappier since 80% of them will be vendor food, with the costs of divines), mana is to counteract the 7L since spellcosts are insane in poe. It is mediocre.

And yes, the more time passes the more stuff there will be, especially if this stuff is a guaranteed drop. Only a person with no prediction (and I mean zero) skills doesn't see it. When Dominus was introduced, people complained that he was very very hard, and now it's a farm-fest.


P.S. People really should stop conversing with their idea of a person, and start actually looking at their posts, for not to look silly afterwords.
