Poison, Summon and Charge-based uniques

A 1h unique mace with 12% freeze on hit? How long is the duration of the freeze? ...and do you think it would be balanced if I dual-wielded them with lots of attack speed?

Key:
+(x-y) means "this stat occurs within a range of x to y randomly when dropped
x-y means "does x-y damage" or has some other stat that varies, but is fixed
I try to specify implicit vs global, but if left unspecified on a weapon, assume implicit, otherwise, assume global
Please note the base item I list - this is very important to note when considering how balanced a unique is. +200% damage on a level 10 weapon is no big deal... usually.
Please note that I try to balance rings/1h uniques such that, "If someone dual wields them... they aren't overpowered." Do consider this if you're making uniques as well.

Jei's Ancient Maul

It's also supposed to have some interesting anti-synergy, since you have less corpses behind, but you also have added fire damage for your minions if you want to keep using summons.

Cauterizing Grasp

Idea: Basically, a build-enabling unique for those who want to try a hybrid ES/life build. It will be hard to maximize, but you want a high ES pool so your ES is always greater than zero, and you want a high life pool, so you get a lot of life regen to counter-act chaos damage.

*If you have negative fire resistance, you have reduced spell damage. You can at most only benefit from your maximum fire resist in spell damage. Your fire resist is reduced to zero and added to your spells/attacks.

Idea: Not sure how this would mesh with the re-planned avatar of fire, but I've always wanted a "sacrifice spell resistance for increased spell damage" item.

Pyromancer's Choker

Idea: Alternative Shaman's Heart. Use this in combination with uniques that have you take physical damage as fire damage!

Idea: Alternative way for physical attackers to build without using blood magic, mana flows, or some other mechanic.
