Would love feedback on these. I doubt GGG needs anyone supplying ideas for uniques, as I'm sure they have many they want to get done. But one day, maybe I'll have an extra $1000 in my budget? Would love to hear which ones people like most.

You realize, if you REALLY want a Unique in the game, you need to be a diamond supporter. Otherwise, the devs are just going to make their own uniques.
Sure. But they might need some inspiration for their uniques. Eventually, the creative mind breaks down on its own. Needs a little stimuli to get going again.

This would be a relatively high-leveled unique that would come with interesting properties:

1. A wand can only have 3 gem slots, at max, 2 support gems and one active gem. Thus, there are limits to the free supports given by this wand. You can choose to use it as an ice wand or a summon wand, maybe both, but then you can only support either spell with one extra support gem.

2. This unique can be asily outclassed by an rare wand at level 60, so it's not that strong for pure cold witches. This wand would be strongest for someone who uses cold spells and summons - yet this wand makes it so any cold damage you deal leaves no corpses to work with. Thus, you need to find a happy balance between using cold spells, using non-cold spells, and summoning minions.

The following is a staff intended for rangers. It uses a dex requirement instead of strength, making it quite the unique weapon. The design is that it can be used to great effect with flicker strike. Would be useful for Templars who get a lot of dex, too.
