Could also be used without the passive.

Sashinmitra Sight

//A unique early game bow that relies both on shock effect and on epic attack speed to be efficient through game. Notice though its damage is too low due to being based on the first bow a ranger may use, and you can't use power charges nor endurance charges nor frenzy charges.

Weapon deal (1-3) base physical damage and (1-3) base lightning damage which is quite low unless you use another items and spells to increase damage per hit, does 3.9 attacks per second as base attack speed, and may have almost 45% chance to shock enemy after 4 attacks.

Erm, well, I don't mind if others post in it, just please try to keep your ideas concise and neat. As explicit can you can make them. Don't be afraid to just give an item a number, or a range. I don't think having "+movespeed" is descriptive enough. A tiny amount? A large amount? It makes a big difference.

Though, I'm not expecting any devs to take anything from this thread... outright. I'm just hoping they'll skim through it when they're low on ideas and see some small idea that sounds fun to them.

Also, I've had a few ideas concerning a "constantly regenerating energy shield". But it would need to severally reduce max ES of the user, because even 1/4th of your normal ES regeneration, if it's always active, is ridiculously strong unless your max ES is around something like a 1000.

This robe would also make armor worthless.

Skadi Great Fist user cannot be frozen.
Cold gem bonus doesn't stack with mace gem bonus.

An end game sceptre that improves any cold spells your hero has and any mace skills as well.
This weapon gives bonus cold damage to its attacks, and along with a chance on hit to freeze it's a very deadly weapon.
This weapon also gives to its user immunity to be frozen as a defensive aspect.
