This could be a disconnect issue causing some commands to not be received by the server (dropped packets on the ISP level can be the cause of this). If you are having disconnectivity issues, we are happy to help diagnose this. Feel free to run a WinMTR or PingPlotter while you play PoE and experience your sync issues, and post the results here in a spoiler tag.
