Old Folks ARPGing

Been playing P/E since January. Finally figured out some builds to take me into the 70s. Paid for game many times over with stash slots.

Age 61. Will be 62 in October.

We old folks are out there, hiding in plain sight. Most here would be astonished if they knew how many of us there were. I started a old folks guild on WoW in 2007. Huge demand.

My first video game was Pong in 1973, which I played on the 1st cabinet ever installed at MIT campus in Boston. I loved my Amiga 1000. Fairie Tale Adventure was my 1st RPG on that platform in 1988. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Faery_Tale_Adventure.

My mother is 42 and plays every Silent Hill and Resident Evil game that comes out. Does that count?

Been playing video games since the 70's as well.

I also play the COD series (Over 30 clan), although lately I've been focusing only on PoE.

I bought my first PC in 1974, a Commodore Pet. It had a built in tape drive... cassette tape. I played a game called "Dungeon" on it which was a predecessor of rogue.exe. So I've been playing these games pretty much as long as they've been here. I don't give out my age for security reasons, and neither should you.

Wow, love not being the oldest of the old for a change (50 here). The best part is playing with my kid (my wife hates it, but she's never understood the gamer lifestyle).

I remember the first time I saw a floppy drive for an Apple II. I thought "man, that thing is FAST!"

In the very first MMO I ever played, the top player on the server and leader of the top guild was... Forgot the age, I'm pretty sure he hit 60 by now (and the max level at least a dozen times).

I'm 20, if that means anything, and it was 5 years ago.

I've got my dad (63) to play poe and other RPGs, though it does annoy me when he has to pick up and sell everything! He started out gaming by making his own pong game including home made joysticks and later cracking games on the beeb micro. (I still remember the tune from carnival and way of the exploding fist from my childhood...)

I'm 30 and started with my dad's Atari. I started playing games in the late 80s.

Pitfall! was my favorite for a long, long time. Do-dee-do do. Do-dee-do do DOOOOO!

ETA: I'm probably really not that old for this game, though.
