In no particular order:
Anime Movies: Akira. Vampire Hunter D: Blood Lust. Ghost in the Shell. Fata Fury. ... wow thats all I remember. Animes: Death Note. Ghost in the shell: Something complex. Full Metal Alchemist Samurai Champloo. Berserk. Its been a while since I watched anime (although I do catch a few western animated DC movies here and there) Part of my problem with anime is, if you lived in Japan long enough you can tell by their standards of what is generic and what is pretty good. So most of the anime characters are so damned generic (all the way down to their voice archetypes) so it kinda grates at my nerves. While most anime/movies envision spiritual concepts rather than materialistic insights from the Western Animators, they just do the whole spirit/sword cliche` a bit too much. Anyway I am ore into full motion movies more.. "How would you like it if I snuck into your country and did this job over there... and not cash in any of your friggin checks?!! You WONT!! Because you will be right here!!" - Master Shake.
