Dont really watch Anime so much so dont have any series , but i love studio Ghibli.
Top 5: 1) Grave of the Fireflies.(If you havnt watched this you should, really different to most ghibli films, but truly epic and moving) 2) Spirited Away. 3) Princess Mononoke 4) Howls floating Castle. 5) Advent Children (i loved FF7 only played original but it was best game ever made by far) but movie kinda sucked after having played the game. A friend used to show me a lot of anime... here are some I remember:
Fist of the North Star Some anime where the characters actually gained XP and leveled up... some chick with a fireball that blows up a town or something... Some anime where everyone fought via banging each other. Watched a lot of Blue Seed. I enjoyed Judge greatly. Grappler Baki There was another one I greatly liked... it was about some kid... the kid was hilarious, and I think he rode a bicycle.. that's all I remember. I disliked anything with Mecha and when he started watching Gundam I was outty... plus eventually all the stories seemed to be exactly the same no matter what anime we were watching... so I was done. In general I found Anime too emo for me. I liked the ones with a fantasy/DnD style story, as opposed to the school girl/ninja/mecha/emo stories... Also La Blue Girl.
