Very disapointed that there is no healing line of skills or class

Well a Healer would be quite strong. A Tank is supposed to manage everything on his own and you could create really tanky chars. If he gets heals additionally to the flasks it would be quite hard to balance parties without a healer against parties with a healer.

But a supporter is totally possible, although I have no idea if he would stand a chance on his own, since his skills are useless if there is no one to use them on.
I've also made the suggestion in the past on adding castable support gem skills. Whether those are targetable buffs, or targetable healing spell gems, I'd like to see them added. I don't think more variety is ever a bad thing, as long as it's done right.
healer would be OP in game like this... with the flask system and someone to heal you it will become easy. Even if they are to implement something similar it must be done right or it will ruin balance.
go back to WoW. This is an ARPG

I've always liked being a tank/healer in game, is there anything that I'm missing that can be defined as a healer?

Ya you are missing the fact that THIS ISN'T AN MMO AND THERE ARE NO HEALERS.
theres a totem that heals and a aura which effects all nearby allies which heals.

any thing more would just be over powered.

This game has no healers for the same reason d2 and d3 dont have healers, and I like that.

If you want to play a supportive character theres a ton of ways to do that, particularly with skills like leadership that improve aura range, the buff increasers or the one that lets you share your charges with nearby teammates.

Honestly this game gives you a whole lot more ways of supporting people than d2 ever did, a well tuned templar is like 4 paladins in one.

I think it would be cool if there were a skill which would transfer flask charges to an ally. That would be sorta like a healing spell, but work better within the mechanics of the game.

edit: Having a flask which game some team healing, or a mod like the minion mod to flasks, could be interesting as well.

Lol, calm down man, it's just a game.

I'd also like to point out that MMOs didn't invent healing classes.

I am calm. But anyways...........
You missed the point entirely. There are no healers in a ARPG.
