[Anarchy] Where are the Rogue Exiles?

When are Rogue Exiles supposed to start showing up in Anarchy League? I created two new characters so far and reached The Ledge with each of them, but I have yet to encounter a Rogue Exile.

I encountered 4, and i am now lvl 50. Encountered them at completely random locations. First one shortly before the warden, last one at the entrance to merveils lair.

However, they ONLY drop shit, almost only blue stuff with completely shit sockets(1-2 nonlinked sockets).

You didnt miss anything, its like a named bossmob.

I got my first lvl 24 in flesh runs ruins - some wander broad that summoned statues - she went down pretty quickly.
Only good thing I got from her was a yellow ring.

Found 4 ...lvl 41

First was act 3 at lvl 31

Just started Act 3, found 2 so far, one in Sins 2 and one in Vaal Ruins 2.

Also helped out another player with one in Old Fields she was having trouble with.

I'm at the Battlefront in act 3 normal. Still have not seen even 1 of them.

its somehow sad that the Big Feature of the League depends on RNG :/

i expected some Rouge Exiles at fitting Locations (Fetid Pool... something like Logen the Lost with a Flavour Text that says that he lost his mind searching the last Zombie :P) and alot of Random generated.

the fix ones are Hard to Battle and drop semi good Stuff (some blue and rarely Gold so u cant just farm them) and the random ones are crazy hard to Kill but they drop pretty nice stuff. but its a beta so i have faith in GGG :P

They already have fixed unique mobs that spawn in zones. Some of them even resemble exiles. Hailreach or whatever his name is comes to mind.
