Extremely low fps.

Just like the title suggests i am having really horrible FPS problems.
My PC my not be the best PC out there but i don't think the game should run this slow on these settings. Just for more information my game is running at: 800x600 No AA No Shadows No Post Processing No V-Sync And the game runs at about 30FPS and jumps up and down like crazy. Like i said my PC aint that strong but i have managed to pull off games on 60FPS on 1280x800 with everything off. My PC is: nVidia Geforce G210 Intel Duel Core E6600 @3.06 4GB Of RAM Windows 7 x32Bit If anyone knows if there is a fix that i my use, Every help will be appreciated! Spamming is for losers, I like posting :)

Is the game using an integrated graphics card rather than your dedicated one, perhaps? You may need to change that in your nVidia control panel.

I don't have an integrated graphics card, Or so nVidia says so.
I only have the G210 which is working all the time in every game. Edit: But it is sure not using my nVidia card, I set in the nVidia control panel so it will aspect ratio any game that is not the same aspect ratio that my desktop is (16:10) and every game i tried did aspect ratio itself while Path Of Exile did not, As if it does not see I'm using an nVidia card. There seems to be different generation of card here. Can you provide more info on your card. Also the FPSs and latencies you are getting using "F1" during in-game Perm.
