Battle Order
Spoiler
When it comes to normal/blue/yellow mobs I make quick work of them, I start off by buffing myself with Anger for additional Fire Damage and I cast Blood Rage right before I enter a mob.

Mobs
I cast my Warlord's Totem to aggro enemies and I make my way inside Cleaving the enemies. The Totem is spamming Warlord's and every time I kill an enemy while in Blood Rage the counter restarts so I effectively don't have to worry about my curses or buffs at this point. Within the first 5-10 kills I have collected 3 Endurance charges from Warlord's Mark and 3 Frenzy charges from Blood Rage making me faster and tankier as the battle progresses(I am working at getting additional Endurance Passives).
* With 2handers Sweep will work, I just prefer using a shield.

Bosses
In the event I'm up against a Boss and all minions are dead. I use Regen Totem with Infernal Blow, the damage i do with that gives me more life then i sacrifice with Blood Magic. Also I let the Blood Rage buff wear off so My regen jumps to about up ~9%-10% Life regen/sec. Also the Culling Strike helps when the Boss reaches <10% Life then Poof! Insta Death.
* This can work really well with Glacial Hammer as well, link it with Ice to Fire and Culling Strike to make the process even faster! With Glacial Hammer, if the enemy is frozen with <30% it shatters and if it's not, it's gonna die at <10% anyway

Low Life Situation
The life on this build fluctuates a lot and it's intended too. In the very likely event my health is low. Blood Rage kicks in with an ~20%IAS boost so you can swing faster and when it gets too low I use a Panicked Flask of Iron Skin or Resistance, depending on the mob. Then repeat the cycle.
* A Granite Flask can works well when the situation is dire.

Conclusion
Even though Warlord's Mark only leaches Physical Damage and I have a lot of Fire conversion, I still leach plenty of life to sustain me through mobs.

I know I'm still pretty low on the lvl scale, but i effectively feel almost invincible with this build. I have died with this build, but it was usually by my own mistake haha.

Zeus Marauder Build

Spoiler

I would like to present the Zeus Marauder build! I have named this build due to its godlike survive-ability and the fact i use lightning strike and the main dmg dealer.

This build is designed to take extreme amounts of damage without having to use many potions. It is also capable of dealing large amounts of burst damage.

I came to make this build much like my other regen build (which you can see on my youtube channel) but i noticed with the new tree i was able to make the regen blood magic build 2x better using the closer dmg and endurance charge mods.

This new build of mine focus is very heavy on endurance charges and life gain on hit.

To maintain my almost god like defense i use enduring cry and warlords mark to allow me to maintain the endurance charges almost permanently. This gives my mara 75% Dmg resistance, 75% Cold resistance, 75% fire resistance and 75% lighting resistance. It also grant 1% hp regen which stacks with my already op 5% Hp regen. I also use a granite flask with 25% resist to each element and 10000 armor for of chance my endurance charge goes down for a second.

As for damage, i use a fast hitting sword and lightning strike linked with Fire dmg, Physical dmg and life gain on hit. this allows me to take down enemy's very fast and gain with very little cost.

This build can be vastly improved just by a few more levels. with the right selection my attacks will basically be free to cast and my defense will only get higher.

this build is also very flexible if you where to go the path of a two hander or dual wielder as the build will work with both quite well.

I have made a video on this build if you would like to see it. it shows the skill tree, the stats and teh build in action. Please leave feedback.

I've been attempting to gain a reputation for unusual builds (with some success, I hope), and I've got a few interesting builds to pick from, some of which have been adapted from 0.9.10 and before with major success.

DoT specialist bow Ranger - UristMcLyemaker level 62 on legacy realm.
This character makes use of many different forms of DoT, as well as several other extreme-duration skills, buffs and debuffs.

Build:

Ethereal Knives/Ice Spear Shadow - UristMcShearer level 60 on default realm.
UristMcShearer was one of the pioneers of the Ethereal Knives skill. This kind of build has begun to become much more popular, and it's easy to see why.

Build:

Extreme Stopping Power Marauder - UristMcMaceDwarf level 61+ on default realm.
My newest (and still very active) character, this two-handed marauder build maximizes stun duration and threshold, and rarely fails to stun any enemy that is hit (excepting, of course, stun immune monsters and anything that has ES half the time). This includes the new act 2 boss, surprisingly.

Edit: added a new video for the marauder
Urist McDwarfy has been happy lately. He admired an exceptional ARPG recently. He took joy in slaughter lately. He has been attacked by the dead recently.

Ungabadunga L73 currently - Lightning Strike Marauder

Not much diversity in gameplay but a lot of passive synergies. 2,5k hp 81% all resists, 12k armor(57% reduction), 3k dps, very high life regen, blood magic, high increased item quantity/rarity.
My 2-handed Flicker Strike + sweep physical damage melee witch still works, maybe even a bit better than she was before!

Spiritual - lvl 59 currently

Explosive Arrow Bow Witch. Fairly straight forward gameplay, but I went with Eldritch Battery, which gives me a huge mana pool with insane regen. This allows me a very generous support gem setup for Explosive Arrow, and the capability of running many auras, especially once I level up the Reduced Mana Cost gem more and get a suitable slotted item to put that and the auras in.

Rather than submitting my own builds, I implore Chris to choose either of the following:

1. A neat Summoner build, as none of the previous BotWs have shown off the minion system
2. A Righteous Fire build, since I believe many players either don't understand or vastly underestimate the power of this skill.

My righteous fire marauder, submitted in the last thread hasn't been respecced with the new patch yet.
I want you guys to play my Discharge Templar. With the nerf you gave Discharge in 0.9.9 (yet called it a slight buff...), the nerf to Diamond Flasks at the same time, and now the nerf to Enduring Cry, it would be fun to see you post it on youtube, especially against same level mobs.

It would go something like this: Well, we used our enduring cry, now we have to wait 5 more seconds to use it again, so we might as well use discharge. Oh, I see we've done 1/4th the damage to the mobs, and since we used Enduring Cry, they've all started attacking us. No worries, we'll just use Enduring Cry again, well, we have 3 charges up... and we're dead.

If a skill is OP (Immortal Call) don't nerf a related skill (Enduring Cry), you just ruin everything that can use Enduring Cry that way. Discharge's damage could be doubled and it still wouldn't be OP.

And if anyone is wondering, I have uber gear for Discharge, 6L ES chest for supports on it, Maligaro's Virtuosity gloves for crit damage, Hrimnor's Resolve for fire damage, 2 Kaom's Sign rings...

- Phase run (Gather mob/escape from dangerous situations/extra meelee damage)
- Glacial Hammer (Single target attack, to deal with dangerous threats quickly)

* Build

* Playstyle, and other commentaries.

This Is, mostly, a "cookie-cutter" build, trying to min-max on all ways possible. A considerable HP regen to take advantage on the "blood magic" support gem instead of the blood magic passive skill, to be able to separate percentage auras to MP, and the flat ones to hp, gaining a huge advantage from most builds out there. With a outstanding defense (Thanks to Iron Reflexes plus the extra evasion one can adquire via dex/evasion nodes) and considerable offense, this Is surely a excellent build that can overcome most situations.

Click here for a short demonstration, again Bruthus, @ Merciless.

I'm not too sure whether my minion build is really "unique" enough to put it up on here but, I'll give it a shot! My build is that of a Firestorm/Summon witch, focusing not only on summons but also on firestorm for added support and for getting those pesky ranged mobs that your minions just wont attack!

This build uses 4 auras, Discipline, Wrath, Hatred, and Anger. With this all the summons have more survivability and also a nice amount of damage. Just to further my damage output I use the curse Elemental Weakness to just add to the elemental damage from both my summons and my firestorm. The summons I use consist of Summon Skeleton (With totem being the most important support gem) and Raise Zombie (atm support gems consist of minion life and minion damage.) I don't use Raise Spectre at this point in time because I found myself not using it ever, for the damage output wasn't worth it and they constantly died.

As for mana, I have gotten a decent few of the mana regen nodes to help battle the massive amount of mana consumed by my auras (I currently have 134 mana to work with.) While this mana might seem like and issue, I assure you it isn't. With Chaos Inoculation I was able to completely free up my health flasks and just work with mana, but I have found I only need 3 mana flasks, so the other two are diamond flasks.

This spec requires the least amount of gear I could possibly think of. I used/still use very low grade gear and I can walk through merciless like a cake walk. It is just so hard to die when you have 21 minions (without all the minion nodes I'm going to achieve in play yet) running around and fighting for you. The totem just makes this more amazing because, you are constantly at the max amount of skeletons you can possibly have.

My build isn't quite complete yet but I am still in act 2 merciless and the only time I die is either when I'm messing around or just not paying attention and letting my Energy Shield get drained.

So to sum it up here are a list of skills with preferred support gems:

1.)Firestorm- Elemental Proliferation and Ignite
2.)Raise Zombie- Minion Life, Minion Damage
3.)Summon Skeletons- Totem
4.)Wrath- Reduced Mana
5.)Anger- Reduced Mana
6.)Hatred- Reduced Mana
7.)Discipline- Reduced Mana
8.)Elemental Weakness- Either Totem OR Duration

Please consider my build and if you have any question regarding details, don't hesitate to send me a private message! Also! I don't know whether I'm suppose to put up a post of what my final build will look like or not but, I'm not going to just because I don't want to make this post any larger! Thank you guys, you have made an incredible game!
