When will we be able to use the passive skill tree calculator. It says loading 100% then nothing shows....

need hours to download the patch for me.
Can anybody tell me if the Skillbar changed too when i swap my Weapon?? Or must i use the exact same 8 spells with the second weapon? This would be very stupid ^^ IGN: kReiZy
