Hairybum etc crease me up every time.

Meatblood and Meateyes would have to be my top 2.
The flicker undying in Act 3 sewers named Meathands who proceeded to headbutt me continuously gets 3rd place. |

Some more to add to the list of interesting names. Mind Sever and Rapture Post are my two favorite. I used to play Diablo 3, then I realized it doesn't have a Shabby Jerkin.

Actually. Ive decided "BlackPelt" is the best name. Ive onlyt seen him once though.
