Looting -- The official thread for discussing the loot system. Updated 18th March, 2013.

i hate fkn ninjas who steal the loot.
increase the timers so decent ppl can have their loot instead of the thief.

sorry I just read chris's post before expressing my view..

personally i(we) like to ninja loot each others loot in the private party..it's really fun that I looted my frd's item, ID it, link it. but at last we'll share the loots if anyone needed..

But for the pub, I feels I am compelled to focus the drops rather than the fights. And I've already lost a lot of rares to ninjas just because I would rather finish the fight than loot.

Also as a party leader, it's hard to identify who ninja-ed others loot in a messy fight. And not able to kick / badlist the unwelcome one. when the room name is no ninja and everyone joined the room is expecting that.

so i hope there will be.

1. longer allocate time or loot option.
2. Option to indicate who pick the item.

I understand that this game is made for hardcore player. But...I just don't like to ninja or be ninja-ed in a pub party...this is the reason i rarely go to pub...

wish you guys understand that.

First of all, I'am not the only one complaining about it. And secondly, I never said the whole game was bad. Just the FFA loot system was stupid without ramifications(since cut-throat was that they were going for).

1.) I've not seen it because it basically doesn't matter. If anyone actually does this they are probably toooo WEAK to defend themselves. Or total biatch's.


Also trying to make things up to suit your taste is exactly what you're doing. Just like the other guy in this thread saying that players can spam skills to block players from items.

Why? Because the majority of drops are garbage. So, bottom line. People are not camping garbage. And if they did. WHO CARES?

As if i cant beat some weak scrub to drop while killing things. Its not rocket science pal. Wether he camps drops or spams skills it don't matter.

No, you can't. Even if you camp an item for half a second (which is hardly the matter, since timers are 2 to 8) its seconds you are not dpsing. Easy, wasn't it.

The current loot system is fine as it is. Items are only yours when you manage to get them in your inventory. Why change this game into another diablo3 disaster?
