Unless people are pick pocketing your inventory or robbing your stash they are NOT stealing 'your' loot.

Just because items have your name on it does not make it yours. Its just a chance for you to get the item. Its not the items thats named its the TIMER thats been named.


You only own the seconds ticking.. Not the items.


Which is why loot timers/names should be removed. Even tho GGG means the best with it, it only brings out the worst in people. Your perception of the drop timer meaning "YOUR DROP" is clearly shared by like minded people.

They HAVE improved on the proven system of ffa by adding timers to make it fair. There doesn't need to be some insanely innovative breakthrough here. It is a playstyle many of us enjoy.

take a system and place 1 second timer...man seriously you have very low standards if you call that "whatever" innovation..As for the many we can see that very few are here defending FFA and you guys are not even present a SINGLE fact what ffa is better than instanced..not a SINGLE

Diablo 2 was the KING of ARPGs right? YES
Diablo 3 is the sequel of the ARPG king right? YES
EVEN the most pationate hater of diablo3 (and i mean REALLY PASSIONATE HATERS) you know what + feature ALL gave to the diablo3 ? Instanced loot

now i am nobody...did all those peoples that also HATED diablo3 all accepted that instanced looting was the ONLY thing that d3 did good (and INNOVATE) are all nobodies?

I really want to see your faces when there will be autoloot bots that will pick the loot in 0,0001ms because we all know that they will come sooner than later...i really want to see your faces then

Who says D3 got it right with instanced looting? Sounds like opinion again, personally I feel that is just another thing on the long list of things they did wrong.

So, I've joined couple of groups today and I didn't have the chance to pick a single item because of my high ping.. I was clicking everything like crazy (which wasn't fun at all tbh) and not getting anything.

So basically with my ping PoE is a single player game with loot, or coop without loot. Don't tell me to join a guild or play with friends.. I want to play coop whenever I want and with whatever character level I want to play, why can't I have that? This FFA system isn't really for me.
I don't understand why some people are against instanced loot? how would that harm them? by making them take only THEIR loot? I guess that's not enough for them

Random timer is bullshit anyways, all it does is gives preference to whoever is closest to the monster. Get rid of it please! Also, it will avoid all of this "itemz iz mine, geif it bak!!11". There are no designated items, the damn thing is random anyways. Even if you have a perfect weapon with MF rolls on it, other players reap the benefit, yet some marauder with mediocre gear can claim all of it. Yea, that to me is bullshit.

Now I am mad, because the timer is giving everything to melee. Unless I run up before the monster dies say bye bye. At least without a timer I have a chance to charge in after the mob dies.

I'd like a little longer of a delay on item drops. I'm a ranger and I have several MF items.. killed a boss and had four yellows drop for me. I only got to one in time. I don't mind trying to weigh out which item would be the most beneficial to loot.. but really?
