Please change the color palette, it is found wanting

Going to have to disagree... I think the colors are just fine. I haven't had issues discerning what is happening, aside from the attacks that sometimes trigger from off screen. Even in that screen shot, at a glance I could tell exactly what was happening. The Marauder was attacking, an arrow was incoming, enemies were swarming..

The chaos on screen with 4 players is caused by the proximity of the view imo... not the pallet. I loathe party play though, so I will admit that my experience is few and far between.

Personally I think this is one of the 'prettiest' games I have ever played.

To each their own, and I have no issue with them changing the colors if they choose, just wanted to toss in my 2 cents.

Agreed. If there's any one line in my WallofText I'd like people to notice, it's that I feel PoE is erring on the artistic side ('pretty' is a functional synonym here, I think) and disregarding some of the functional disadvantages of privileging the aesthetic.

On the other hand, those red outlines really do irk some people!

I like the colours.
If there is a green snake hiding in a bush and it is hard to see, maybe the green colour served its purpose and helped the snake to hide.

I hate the outlines.
They are not pretty. They don't seem to fit in that world. In a sci-fi game like bounty hunters it is great, in a dark fantasy like D2 it is silly.

I agree. The game is in dire need of some spice, particularly the first hour of content which includes sign in screen, character selection and the newb area.

Also some of the caves have a "plastic" look and unrealistic.

That said, most of the dungeons look absolutely incredible!

I know the beach is getting some trees in the future like this

and hopefully some shrub grass like this

I agree the terraces and the caves and the rocky climb are a bit bland "o" rama. We will do a pass over act 1 and 2 once we are done with 3.

y im slept?
Don't forget the rainbows in the water spray with the waterfalls!
Hey don't argue with realistic physics. We have shafts of light in certain areas too :P

Anyway, when I'm in chaos, I quickly paint the area with a curse, the icon sticks up over their head and I'm aware of where they're trying to hide.
POE is a constantly evolving game, so expect balance changes, buffs and nerfs STILL!

I don't get your point. There is no 'arcane enchanted' in this game.

I hope that the colours on high end armors and stuffs will make the characters more visible.

the use of real metallics textures (opposed to brown/rusty) could ease this.
always more "shiny" than mobs was something rightly done in D2 as well as mobs using disgusting unusual colours scheme...

I would have wished more diversity and differenciation between outside mobs and players characters.
... nothing
