Where are the buffs?
Flicker Strike: Quality now provides +0-20% more Damage per Power Charge Consumed, instead of 0-20% Chance to not remove Charges on use.

Flickerstrike officially dead. Its no point investing in it.
Now this is how you make an update to core issues based on player feedback. can't even imagine thr ammount of work and organisation required to pull something of this magnitude in such a short time. w
So in general all support gems that gave MORE (attack/cast speed) previously now give nothing at all (minus one gem socket literally), but you can have such support in each skill. Which results into 0 * times you use support gem = 0.

Typical GGG patch notes same as in poe 1 bro nothing new)
All classes buffed, but
All playable/fun skills nerfed.

Fun not allowed = positive review on steam not allowed. Revert flicker nerf.
Nerf gemling/quality stacking but not skill

This is what baffles me with the PoE community. You guys expected a skill that infinitely scales damage to survive?! Like genuinely do you think something like that existing is good for the game?

It's sad how basic nerfs seem to have such a major impact on people, this is a normal part of games! Otherwise you get d3, which is just buff buffs buffs!

Just move on, plenty of new builds and skills to play instead. Probably something just as busted in the new patch too

yeah its not like lighning rod/lighning arrow deadeye has infinite damage and even got buffed this patch dealing more damage than ever and will have almost "free" 40%dr, if they dont change stuff deadeye lighning arrow gonna be like 40% of all players.
ppl are annoyed by the inconsistency of nerfing/buffing stuff.
also HH got buffed from 20 to 60, also movespeed buffs, have any idea witch class/spec will scale the best with tripple duration HH buffs and more move speed ? ding ding ding, yes its deadeye.
