The Gatcha Problem - Less Randomization feedback and suggestions

CoC blood mage can be built on like 3 divine to easily clear T15's and any content in them.

Huntress is like 3 divine as well, can probably get it going for 1 divine.

There are 2-3 smith builds that can clear a ton of stuff for under 3 divine.

There are more. Are they super OP? only a few. But you can get something to reliably clear T15 content without issue. Divines drop. You grow.

How is this related to the post? You trying to say that everything can be solved with three divines? Cuz SSF exists and three divines doesn't buy anything there. On top of the fact that I have to grind for three divines (another gatcha) just to be able to play content. That's not a solution... that's a problem

Also three divines doesn't solve the map gatcha.... the content gatcha... or any other gatcha mechanic in the game.

I think if we have some crafting like in POE 1 (alteration orbs, etc), middle end game might be fun. It's when we finish the acts that makes a lot of builds hit a wall.

More orbs sounds like more gatcha.
I didn't play PoE1 so i dont know how those orbs work. However, why add even more random chance mechanics to the game that is already plauged by them to the point it makes the game suck?

You're not SUPPOSED to get best in slot gear unless you essentially are a 1%'er. Most people will never afford the token belt, let alone the other gear.

The top 1% are supposed to have BIS gear, not anybody else -- that's how they designed the game.

Typically I put about 800-1000 hours per league, but not with POE 2, POE 2 is completely devoid of things to do and fun to have.

Bro, if you didn't play POE 1 you're in for a rough awakening. For 13 years they give us new currency ever 3 months. The currency tab is 2 pages in POE 1.

This is a game they want you to spend 1,000 hours on every 4 months. That's normal, that's the game working as intended.

All the crafting from POE 1 is significantly better, that's why they destroyed it completely for POE 2.

people posting on the same posts about the same shit over and over (still hoping they listen, but if history and the POE 1 players have shown....they wont).

no point anymore, tuck in your skirt and play or dont play.

POE 2 update - i didnt like it so i went to LE and maxed out a char there.

POE 2 update (removing grim feast ouch) - i didnt like also so i went to D4 for a few weeks (paragon levels to hard to grind this season).

POE 2 update - i like this one so i will play from 97 to 98.

Raki1337 comment is correct, you are thinking like a D4 or LE player, you can get max level in a season...not here kind sir, theres a lot of POE 1 players that took 5 years to max out the character hahaha

im 630hrs to get level 97 and 24% if i had to do this every season f that. Im still playing on standard...why? because im not masochistic i have currency, gear, gold, etc etc

Yes i had to re-gear so what it changed the game (saved all types of gear in case games do this ;)), so i had something new to do.

9:38am time to grind for a few hours fyi that will be about 2% exp

I generally don't recommend telling people who are new to the games in a genre to go to the competition. That's how your game dies. There are way too many toxic people that do this in the PoE community. The hyper-elitist comments I've had my way is enough that I will never support this game again regardless of if I play or not.

I want to play PoE2 and enjoy it. I don't want to play other ARPGs.

For context I was level 97 in standard league and 100 with best in slot gear felt acomplishable in a reasonable amount of time. This league it does not.

The rng is too much and we dont have the power or clear speed for brute force it.

Literally one of the most toxic elite communities I've been a part of and I play league. At least in league i expect it to be toxic.
