Off Topic - City of steam hits OB tonight. Anyone gonna dip a toe in?:) Feedback pls - Forum

Cos seems like a cool project and i have to say i dont know of a single steampunk mmo out there that is worth half a butt. If anyone is gonna try please post some feedback, the props, the drops and if its worth playing. Keep it cool and smooth people. I really dislike when f2p games put their microtransactions behind a login wall. I've read this from their devs: " We will be using the Free-to-play model (F2P) with microtransactions. Now, I know what some may be thinking. Actually, many of us in development have previously worked in other gaming companies that pushed more of a pay-to-win model, which we’re determined to pull away from. In City of Steam, items you can purchase with social currency will be for aesthetic features, convenience and earlier access to extra content, which free players can still access with enough effort; the general idea is that everyone can get a chance at getting the best of items without limiting them to paying players only. ... but that doesn't tell me what they're actually doing.
