No room for bad players.
" I play SOLO and I have ZERO need for this. I reached level 90 with 3 characters in previous league with ZERO trading! It is a pure lie that you need trading, unles syou want to build a specific build that require a specific unique or a specific affix etc... |

" I dont think you get my point, since, end game players go back to the campaign and drop items in for sale for campaign players. You kidding the people that read this if you think that does not happen. Relying on trade for a better item or a better weapon is what the majority of the players advice by going to trade. Solo players do not know this as they think wow , look what if found, but in reality it was by a 6 man group that farmes the campaign. Like i challenge you to do, play the campaign solo, than with a PURE MF 6 man group and see the difference. Solo players have a valid gripe and and should not be forced to go to trade for a upgrade. As advertised, the game shows a solo toon, fighting a fierce boss, but in reality, the game is a multiplayer game set for 6 man, with Loot find maxed out using gear and buffs, or not once will they get a roll on loot. Loot only comes from a cartel of players that jack up prices from a 6 man collaborative group. Hence whey solo players get told to get good, in essence they are being hustled by beefed up MF and Qty buffs. Nothing the game in any literature suggests. Dream on if you think im budging from this point.
I play SOLO and I have ZERO need for this. I reached level 90 with 3 characters in previous league with ZERO trading! It is a pure lie that you need trading, unles syou want to build a specific build that require a specific unique or a specific affix etc...
Your the exception to the rule, i bend to your vast knowledge, i was commenting on what others suggested to the original posters question to be cautious of the ones who say that trade is their only option. and you have not gave me an answer as to the Tier of gear that dropped as a solo and as a group. I had rather hoped you would have stated your Tier of gear to drop as a baseline for the original post to have a reference to check their drop Tiers to yours. Im sorry if you take this particular point im making to heart, but im sorry to say, its true, a 6 man magic find buff team of 6 gets better gear in higher tiers in the campaign and end game way better by 9000% than a solo player hoping for a LOOT BOX to open the item taht will take them to well into the late stages of the campaign. Its not about getting good, its about getting drops that never happen in a solo run, verse the trade that the game pushes people to do, as others have suggested in thier answers to the original post. " I think you and I are similar mindset, but one thing that really accelerated my understanding of the game and launching myself into more creative choices for myself was to follow other players guides at least once a year or more. Because you learn a lot about other perspectives in the game or what a broken build feels like. And from that information you learn about certain mechanics, items or play styles you will be able to use that knowledge to turn around and use it in your own play style. I really detest using other players guides but it truly does help sitting in the cockpit of a fine-tuned players build and getting a new perspective on how you can take the reigns and do things that other players won't bother with because its 20% less effective at the highest tier content or whatever. chances of getting a beta key 0.000001 %

" I did not answer on the tier of late game drops because as I stated earlier.. I do not play the game for drops. I play the game to test stuff.. For me it does not get into my brain this "need to hunt more op gear" In fact I have very little fun after the campaign because there is no purpose on what I am doing, except maybe see if some of the changes I wished to have made do get some significant result. I rarely ever even care to play after I start seeing tier 3 stuff. My whole point is.. you do not even NEED those drops to "play the game". Those drops are only needed on the recursive tail chase of wanting the items to farm for more of the same items. |
