Of course, because a game that has been in development for over 6 years, and the devs have over 11 years of experience with PoE1, justifies the deplorable state, without updates that PoE2 is in, right?

You don't have the problem with EA, you have the problem with developer's vision. And if that is the case, why just not stop playing the game you do not enjoy? If you believe this much that they won't ever change it.
In the long term, I hope GGG will fix these issues. However, based on my experience since 1.3, I believe they won’t in the short term. If GGG manages to fix 50% of the issues I mentioned in the short term, I’d be very surprised.
I might even immediately purchase the $480 supporter pack to show my repentance.
The comment "if you don't like it, don't play it" is rude and foolish, especially for someone like me who is a fan of both PoE1 and PoE2. Chris has repeatedly promised players in release notes and interviews that they would receive regular updates. Now, PoE1 players are being deprived of the updates they deserve, which are being redirected to PoE2. Furthermore, many of PoE2’s issues actually contradict PoE1’s past experiences (often not a matter of vision, but simply being poorly executed and repeating past mistakes).
As a player who enjoys both PoE1 and PoE2, what I see is the betrayal of promises to PoE1 players and the pessimistic outlook for PoE2’s improvements in the short term, which could have been avoided in many ways, even 3-5 years ago.
