Is the Goal of GGG to Build a Game Supporting a few Meta Builds? If Not then They Failed.
Kripparrian just copy builds and makes them worse.

Honestly, I think there are a few issues occurring at once. First, we know that end game was rushed out the door; we knew this prior to EA release. And we know that all they've really had time to do is make the experience not as crappy. They know, and we know, that there is still a TON of work to be done on end game.
Second, either there is abysmally poor internal communication between the different teams, because there is no way this end game is the result of good communication, or someone higher up decided to push their own vision and steered the end game in a different direction. Going from campaign to maps feels like I'm playing two different design docs. |

or ... the most obvious answer would be they want it this way. In which case I will pass. So will most of the POE1 player base. I played POE1 today again and had fun once again without the toxic community.
