From "Diablo Killer" to "Advertisement for why you should go back to Diablo 4".

It feels to me that only act 1 and 2 were ready for prime time, rest was just rushed to get it out before year-end.

Yes, which means early access was a massive fraud. This isn’t early access it’s like early beta access. This game isn’t even close to fully baked.

PoE2 feels a bit like they took the worst, most anti-player ideas from D4 and PoE1, then blended it all up and released it as a new game, without bothering to playtest it whatsoever.

The game was a 10/10 at the beginning with the campain and frist play throught.... as you reach trials, endgame and mechanics, wnet from 10 to 9 to 8 to 7... Now I am just pissed and putting it aside until at least 2-3 patches.

The endgame is full of oneshots

Uber Lilith should have taught everyone that cramming oneshots into a boss doesn't make it "challenging" or even fun. You just wait until you outgear the boss and then oneshot him.

I doubt we'll see many changes.
The insane item grind was always a staple of POE and will always be.
Drop rates will be stingy.
Items will drop with low tier affixes.
Citadels will be rare.
Bosses will have grindy access.
Bosses will oneshot you.
You will have to do the campaign every single time.
SSF won't get a drop rate boost.
Melee will continue to suck and so will armor.

If you think or hope otherwise, you haven't been paying attention the last 10 years.

I feel this. I'm probably jumping right back in after a single big patch though since I stepped back the moment I started to feel the burnout.

As you may have noticed, POE 1 and POE 2 is somewhat different from your other ARPGs. In other games, you might be able to progress to the highest difficulty even if your build is all over the place. In POE, this will be highlighted severely in end game because (refer to your complaints). Hard doesn't equate to being shit nor does it equate to being bad. When something is "not fun" for you, did you ask yourself if "did I do everything to fix my build?", "did I understand why was I one shotted?"

To those saying artificial this and artificial that, what is even natural and artificial in a game? If a dev team made the game and launch it in EA, doesn't all system and penalty encompassing the game when it was launch in EA is "natural"? If you are having a hard time on something or having difficulty coping up, that is not "artificially difficult"

If you think about it, "anti-player", "anti-fun" or whatever you want to label it is not really appropriate in a game when it is a business. POE simply made a stand to not lower its baseline difficulty. You don't want to put the effort to learn how to play POE? then you get your result.

Personally I find the game fun, my complaint is about the all RNG nature of crafting, in combination of the difficulty to get currency, I'm speaking as a casual player,

This is good advice, one of the reasons I am still finding this game a total blast is that I got a bit frustrated with it and stepped away from it for a couple of weeks and came back fresh and ready for another bash
