As a paying customer I expect a 100% working product. Early Access or not, if either then it would be illegal to sell the product.

You probably should have read what you purchased.

I'd at least like to see some communication from the devs...I get vacation, but a paragraph on what's going on would go a long way.

Ok so imagine this scenario, you go to a restaurant, you order well done steak, a bottle of wine, some salad.
Waiter comes back 25 minutes later with a bag of lay's and says sorry bro chef had to go to spend a holiday with his family and then charges you for what you ordered before + asks for tips.
As a grown man you should understand who has what responsibilities in the world and what you should expect when you pay for a service.
You already got what you paid for, you paid for access to a BETA product. You have that.
To use your analogy, you paid for a bag of lay's, and now are complaining that you didn't get your burned steak.

I heard NZ is one of the best countries to live in for benefits, I heard you are taxed high but it all goes to great benefits such as healthcare and good holidays and it's just overall a beautiful place so majestic.

Yes, multi week vacations are very common over the winter holiday period. Sucks if you live in a country that treats employees as nothing more than wage slaves.
I have yet to see any game breaking problems, game is still working. I can still log in, I can still play the game. Game is not broken.
I have seen ONE player that did get a game breaking bug in that their atlas is bricked and their only option is to go play SSF until it's fixed.
sure it is but you don't release a product you delayed for 3 weeks to fuck off for 3 more.

You launched a game with 600.000 paying customers, did one patch after 10 days, then have left for three weeks.
You fixed one exploit, but not before the entire market and economy, which was already bad, was completely crashed.
A part of the player base are running around rich as f***, the other half can't get into any sort of gearing beyond SSF, which only gets people to final endgame if you have 250 hours of grinding available, or random super luck.
How is this catering to 600k players?
It's not even been a month, and you not only peaked, but you lost more than half of the paying player base.
There are a handful of mechanics in the game that is simply not working.
There are dozens of things most people blatantly dislike.
the graph of players quitting is growing steeper by the minute. You are bleeding players.
Respect your paying customers -YES PAYING, IT'S NOT "A FREE GAME", enough to at the very least address the issues and intent going onwards in a written statement.
Give us a roadmap, a reason to come back to the game. At this point I'm completely fed up with the entire studio.
No, most people do not have three weeks off for holidays over Xmas. Especially when they dropped a product 600k people paid for, EA or not, with glaring game breaking issues.
It's time to show us you care.
I have no idea why you are not perma-banned.
You speak for a tiny minority that screams and cries the loudest out of all proportion. It's truly disgusting how entitled you act. You had your say here, and what you had to say SUCKS!
the amount of people wanting echo chambers is astonishing. you call for a ban because they want a working product and not devs pump out 500 usd supporter packs to leave a laughing economy failing by the minute

Where does it say beta in the game?
Also the analogy wasn't about poe2, it was just about explaining to you customer service.
