Are you kidding me? The game has had a critical bug for how long with the 10k daiusim rarity shield and we don't block it, fix it or punish it? The market is already dead. Those who did not have time to buy things at normal prices now do not have the opportunity to buy anything at all there because Divine is devalued! New players entering the trade, how should they feel? Delete the game? It's a disgrace, not a launch! Why doesn't anyone fix anything critical?! Are you on holiday? Tired? Really?! lol, there's so much good gear readily available for a few ex per slot. It's not GGG's fault if people watch some build guide showcasing gear on a player who has played 24/7 for 3 weeks and feel they have to have the same as soon as they hit the atlas.

The buggers did not crash the market, its the lack of currencysinks for divines that has made them go up in price due to inflation from missing crafting bench costs.
Did the buggers cause some inflattion? Yes, but not to the level of being the reason the market is in the state it is currentley in. |

It doesnt really matter - thats the whole point of EA and since it wont go to standard who cares?
Also if there is a thing that really kills the market then its probably Magic Find stats. They lead to making the gap between New/Casual Gamers - and Bots/Farmers/Hardcore Gamers exponentially bigger and lead to a huge inflation on the worth of Orbs. That has a way worse effect on the economy than anything else from my point of view. And it a lso leads to ppl not even beeing able to buy good MF gear and making the issue even worse. It's an early access planned for a longer period. Not everything will work and it is communicated like that.
That being said especially your part about the holidays is propably the most stupid thing I read on the internet. No further explanation needed I guess. |

Stop switching concepts. We are not testers! We are not paid (on the contrary). No one is saying it's a finished game etc. But such critical bugs are obliged to catch and premise! Instead we get a broken economy for the 2nd week of the game, are you kidding me to justify this?! GeGeGe

Inflation problem comes from the fact that you are better off just stockpiling the currency and using it in trading, rather than using it to make gear on your own. Because of extreme RNG with "crafting" - your chances of success are near zero, while if you throw those currency into trading - you would actually get some decent gear.
At this point, all Orbs could be deleted from the game, and only 1 Orb + it's Shard could be kept for usage as a trading currency - and nothing would change at all. If people are not using currencies for actual gear crafting, and people are losing much more during the actual gear crafting with currencies - nobody would ever bother wasting currency on anything other than trading. So you have over 200k (only Steam numbers) playing the game 3 weeks straight every single day, all those people are generating all different kinds of currencies, little to no one is using those currencies for an actual crafting - so what do you think would happen? Do you really think that 1% of no-lifers running in super-expensive 300+ MF builds are the ones who have hyper-inflated everything? In order to fix the situation, currency sinks for every single Orb type should be added to the game. And players should gain more benefits from using those sinks when compared to just stockpiling it for trading. And to fix this issue - a huge-ass overhaul of the entire "crafting" system need to be performed. Because you can remove MF, you can wipe servers, you can take all kinds of pointless and stupid steps, but if actually using the currency will be less rewarding than trading the currency - the situation is going to be exactly the same. |
