What they're doing wrong in D3

D3 doesn't have the same dark felling that D2 had
Also taking out skill points

I am going to assume you want clarification regarding what I mean by "delayed trading system".

Basically what I mean is, due to the certain number of free RMAH listings Blizzard has said they are going to be giving us each week we can effectively use the RMAH with zero investment. We sell items using those free listings and just save whatever emoney we earn in the RMAH system.

In other words you let the emoney ride until you what to buy something from the RMAH. At that point you spend the emoney you have already earned through selling to buy your upgrade. Because the only money you are spending is that which you have as a result of the RMAH (no money truly out of pocket or out of credit card as the case may be) you are effectively "trading" the gear you sold for the gear you buy, hence "delay trading".

You can let the emoney ride and accumulate as long as you wish to the point where you could literally "cash in" on something you could have never actually traded tons of small stuff for in the D2 system of trading.

All of this aside the point I am making is utilizing the RMAH in this fashion is no different than simply trading in D2 except you are using an ebalance to "delay" they trade until you find something you really want.

Hope this clarifies things some.

Ah. I kinda got that from your first post, but i wasn't sure if that was exactly what you were getting at, or if you were trying to refute what i was saying. I totally agree in what you mean by delay trading system. I know i'm definitely not going to spend real money in obtaining my gear and characters. I play the game for the game itself, and not to cheat my way in becoming better than others. I'm sure alot of people will be using the delayed trading system you mentioned, but what I was talking about in the first place, is that there will also be an increased amount of people who will purchase items using Real Money, mainly because the option to do it, is much safer and reliable, and because of an increased people who actually does use real money... it might ruin the whole economy of D3... and that's what i'm hoping will not happen.
lots of people are complaining about D3 but i think its mainly because people love having something to complain about. im sure that once its released 99% of the people that play it will enjoy it.
so the game doesnt have skill points... i can live with that, because theyre putting in a lot of other things that makes your character unique. as for the auction house, there could be a slight unfairness towards 'poor' players but dont forget that if youre lucky enough to find some rare piece of equipment you might be able to sell it for a nice price. nice at least when you keep in mind youre selling a virtual item. i imagine it would be like walking down the street and finding $10 on the ground ;)
No harm trying both, glad D3 has gone the route it has. I'm definitely with the "I don't really like the graphics" group, but this is just a small peeve.
