So tired of hearing crap about the game "has no loot." Poe1 has less loot once you turn on your filter, you will never find **** in poe1, all ground items are complete trash once you very quickly reach a point, and then you will trade or craft for it... just like in poe2. Poe2 has far better progression and probably more looting going on, more looking at items, more considering items to regal. Loot also drops like rain in high maps so I think these people are stuck on act 1 normal or something.


Don't get me wrong, but you are not reading what people say about loot. Open your eyes. We are getting a massive amount of loot for other classes. Or maybe the Witch class is left out, which is a bug. Also, I am talking about early game progressions. This is one of the reasons the levelling scale doesn't match gear progression in an early games-like campaign.

Did you pay attention? Items have dozens of affixes. What is the problem with getting more loot for class players playing but farming more for better stats? I hope you can understand this point.

So far, Diablo 4 has the best gear progression because it keeps me playing for years, and I can focus on my class and class gear. Just to clarify, I don't have best-in-slot gear in Diablo 4 during the season, but it keeps me in the loop with the hope of getting the item I need. Most importantly, I don't get trash in Diablo 4. PoE 2 game is all about trash when it comes to gearing according to drop rate. Did you know that in Diablo 4, trash becomes materials? Instead, I am getting trash - I have materials, so I can spend more time farming gear rather than spending time in town - Innovation!!!.

You guys dont suffer from being new at PoE. These things have nothing to do with PoE. Truth is you guys suffer from lack of critical thinking and too short attention spawn to learn the game and take ur time with progression. You are used to games where you chase blue quest marker on hardest difficulty without second thought and automatically beat the game. This is how casual games are made, even if they make easy mode in the game, you guys will go ballistic if u cant beat it on the hardest because it make u feel stupid, so casual games are made so that everyone can beat them on max difficulty. U are crying bcs this game that u cant easily beat now makes u feel stupid. What about all the other people that are easily dealing with this game? "tHeY aRe pOe VeTEranS"

No they arent. They just use their head. You dont have enough luck to get resistances? False. You vendored/didint pick them up because u valued rushing/other stats. Now deal with it.

Yes, and also others. That's the magic of a great RPG is they scale.

Appealing to the absolute most hardcore gamers is a good thing, because if they are happy, it means those casual players will be happy in a month from now.

Hardcore players are the canary in the coal mine. If you pick up a game and they are enjoying it, you can safely assume you will get your money's worth.

I do not have recording of my first run...

But I can assure you, for ENTIRE ACT 2, I have picked and tried to craft every single crossbow that dropped. And there was literally NOTHING good.

I checked the shop first every 2 levels, and after panic, started checking it EVERY level.

Nothing.

It is RNG after all.

Having to go back and grind in a campaign is just about the most asinine thing I've ever seen.

HEY WE HAVE THIS STORY TO TELL YOU!... but you have to stop every 30 minutes to go grind for 2 days because you have to have PERFECT gear or you get 1 shot by mobs that are 8 levels below you.

They already are adjusting it.
Check how much they lowered difficulty for the end-game in the last patch.

If it is up to me, I would let those 500k players become 10k.
Instead of making change so more people play it.

I have a lot of items (especially magic and rares) for Warrior, Ranger, Monks, and Mercenaries but not the class I am playing - players get pissed off. There is no class identity in the early game. If gear doesn't matter in the early game, why do we need gear at all in the early game?

What is the game supposed to do at the beginning? During progression, discover a class and learn about gear. This game fails with item drops in the early game so I can’t learn about gear much.

In Act 1, I found only 2% of the gear which the minions build. In Act 2 I haven’t found it yet, and almost 40% done. It is boring, and when I find gear for my class, I am not excited at all. Games get boring by the time you find gear.

Why can we play another class and collect gear for my dream class? What do you think? Is this an intentional game design?

I can relate to this. And I have the same feeling with defeating bosses. Once I finally defeat them I do not have a feeling of accomplishment, I must have gotten lucky this time, that's all.
