The Game suffers from Multiple Crash Bugs Yet GGG Is Silent

I’m absolutely not surprised that the developer acted so terribly. Four months ago, I posted a thread on the forum where I described my PC and a bug that 100% causes the game to crash. All I got from the developer over these four months was an email saying my thread was moved to a “more appropriate section.” And that’s it!

But I thought, maybe they just don’t care about PoE1 anymore because everyone is working on PoE2. And then PoE2 comes out, and I realize I was wrong. They just don’t care about their players, even those who paid them money.

+1, this is a major issue and needs more attention.

Hypothetically how hard would a hotfix be that just turns off multithreading for loading screens? Because that is a work around does stop the crashes its just a massive pita to manually turn off, zone and then turn back on again

Hopefully that brings more attention to the problem.

They are hoping that this would go away.

We need to show the problem more radically.
If a simple forum message is not enough, we need to lower the game's rating on Steam.
So that not only developers, but also ordinary users can see what they can face if they pay for early access.

I have been very reluctant to do so as I wanted to give GGG the benefit of the doubt. But I just left a bad review and I would encourage others to do the same.

They are working on it, GGG isn't going to ignore an issue like this, but it's not so simple an issue to investigate because the fact is that the vast majority of players are not experiencing this issue, I'm at 43 hours and I've never crashed once.

Also, if you want someone to help you, being nice and helpful is actually a faster more effective approach. Insulting them when we are only 9 days out of early access and they are working to fix a lot of bugs and gameplay issues that every single person thinks they should be priority one is ridiculous.

There is 14,000 threads in the bug forum and probably of couple of people going through them and a couple people trying to fix them, you think with 9 days of work they can individually respond to every single person and still be working on the problem?

Please be reasonable, they want to help you, please give them time to do so before beginning the insulting and conspiring to ruin their reputation.
