Game made in NZ, no NZ servers?

I am from Vietnam, would love to see an Asia gateway, I bought 2 beta keys one for me and one as a gift for my friend, now he refuses to play with me because the delay is too much... make me sad ._.

How do I go about pinging these servers? I am in Western Australia and not very tech savy!
I'm living in Japan. I would love to see an Asia server too.

If windows, open the start menu and click in the seach menu (windows 7) or run (older windows)

Type in:

cmd

and press enter. When the command prompt window opens, type in:

ping 216.12.196.114

and press enter. When it's done type in:

ping pathofexile.com

and press enter. Then right-click on the command prompt window and do "Select All" from the menu. Then (a little tricky) press enter while it's selected and it'll copy it.

Come back here and post a reply and paste the results in, but you might want to delete your windows username from the pasted text. (It might show up as "C:\Users\USERNAME>" where the text is from when you entered the commands

You cant beat a ninja from japan! Hell they originate from there!

OT: Alternatively you can Ctrl+C after you right click and select all.
As I said before, living in Western Australia. Thanks for the help guys!

And here are the results!

I would weep for joy if I could play with 70ish ping! Playing with 270+ Ping on Merciless is, well, Merciless :/

EDIT: I may even start playing HC if I can get under 100 ping! Latency has been the only thing keeping me from it so far.

Well, it seems fairly conclusive that pings to Australia from the SNG data centre have improved! I'll talk Chris in to provisioning a server or two there and then get our server admin on it. We should see a Singapore gateway either in 0.9.11 or one of the point releases like 0.9.11b or c.
