Which is exactly my point in my reply: who is it to say that the guy who got 2 Uniques in the first half hour of the game isn't literally lotto-winning lucky? And who is it to say that the guy who got 1 unique after clearing two Acts in the campaign just astronomically unlucky?
I'm sure GGG has the numbers and know exactly what people are getting, and they have decided that it is indeed not rewarding enough, so we have the newly updated drop rates.
With that in consideration, the op may very well just be reacting to a very lucky streak.
Personally, my gripe before the update was mostly with the lack of Regals. Not even Exalts, but Regals. I thought it was natural that we should have less Exalts than Regals, seeing how Exalts are the step after Regals. The buff to rare drop frequency would definitely help alleviate that.
Are you disenchanting all the rare's and blues you dont need? Ive been doing that all campaign and have no issue with regals or other currency.
This brings a new issue -- instead of trying to figure out the game like you had to do when d2 first came out, seems people would rather yell at developers since we are in such a connected world and have the game change. cough poe1 cough.
The loud ass players literally drove GGG to make a new damn game lmao

I played today for 4 hours and was suprised i got four uniques in that time and way over 20 rare's i was very dissapointed to be honest the magic that you had caught was gone in a flash, i wish sometimes you wouldnt listen to the playbase on certain topics.
Please reconsider your decision.
Did you play PoE1 Ruthless? If not why? You seem to enjoy plying all day and getting nothing of value out of your time

It's amazing how it's always people with private profile that make theses posts.
FYI to the trolls, GGG can check your profiles without restriction and I'm fairly sure they don't give a f fly about complains from new accounts that use the same IP or VPN providers..

This is a very poor take. By leaving items on the ground you are leaving gold and therefore your ability to fund respecs at endgame which cost thousands of gold per point.
Perhaps you enjoy playing "Inventory Simulator" but most of us don't.

Hahaha have you had some bad break ups lad? Im loving the game dont take it the wrong way, just more annoyed that they respond so fast to some people moaning about loot , unstead of maybe playing through the game and using all the tools available to get the gear you need.
I think its more people maybe dying alot because they are rushing and getting frustrated so blame gear or blame x,y,z. I died alot in the first 3 acts,cruel difficulty not so much. Learned the bosses , learned the dmg they do. Its so much easy now then when i began. So much so that my next build will be HC character.

Also not reading all that, it's probably just more of why you think you're right when I'm not interested in reading it. I just think you should delete your thread because it's cringe saying things like the magic has gone when referring to a week old game videogame that's obviously still being balanced.

I agree with my right honourable friend, DetonatorLoki.
God forbid the developers listen to the main gripe of their customers. The people who have paid to play this game.
The game is in a much better place than it was, and it should tell you something when the changes have been well received by most.
