i agree. if there is too much stuff flying around, there is no point in picking it up. it just slows you down.
JuSt UsE a LoOtFilTeR is def. not the correct answer to this. if there is less loot, it spiked dopamine if there actually IS a drop. if you want us to have lootfilters then drop items identified. btw i think most people are confused with loot and currency drops. currency should drop more often, to encourage the nais crafting system we have now |

+1 They buffed it too much. It felt exciting to get good loot and I prefer the focus on having drops matter more than crafting.

Yeah bring back the zero drop loot setting instead. Lets just grind for like 40 hours and finally get a rare crossbow when you are a sorc or witch, hurraaaay!

" I agree with you, I have noticed more drops but nothing crazy and still mostly not usable. I went from pre-patch taking my ranger from 20-51 without a single upgrade (certainly can't count on crafting on atm) to a new sorc that I am occasionally finding an upgrade for and it's rares with like 2 relevant stats and 3-4 irrelevant stats. People saying "it's too easy now", you've seen the patterns and progressed, just like everyone else. Killing a white mob in 1-2 hits is okay, it doesn't shrink your epeen. |

I wonder what the op means with "played for 4 hours".
Four hours of what? Four hours of repeatedly farming bosses? Then I'd say 4 uniques and 20 rares feels about right. Four hours of campaigning? Then I'd say 4 uniques might be too much, but fine if it was just a lucky event. I feel context is important. We may be all talking about different things when one says too much and another says too little. |

ppl complaining about getting trash unique, so in my 6k+ hours of poe1 ive had maybe less than 10 actual good worth uniques drop... and goddamn idek thousands of trash worthless ones, you may wonder why this is? well trash uniques exist thats it. i mean to all of u saying "ohh im dropping uniques left and right" i mean are you even using them though lol

They definitely overdid it, I remember D2 for example.. that was some real dopamine whenever a unique dropped, even if most of them were trash, later runes etc. that was the sweet spot, perhaps a little higher for seasons, but yeah..
