I think being able to block more stuff would be welcome.

There are a few rouge exiles that have some really annoying stats, for example Jonah has resolute technique ( cannot miss, cannot crit) orra green gate has vaal rain of arrows (stops movement for 5 seconds).

Also they rarely drop anything if note. I get they basically drop a chaos orbs recipe, but even a triple wisp 5 ghosted full atlas rouge exile has basically nothing. Just have them drop a chaos orb. Items aren't worth identifying.
