Challenge Ultimate Undertaking doesn't complete for Inscribed Ultimatum

I can confirm too - completed 8 mods plus 30% monster damage and 120% monster life worked for this challenge.

Same issue for me. Two attempts, both with more than 8 ultimatum mods not including the increased life and damage.

+1, Bug report reference number 3,543,527,055.

Completed two Inscribed Ultimatums ilvl83 with at least 8 mods (one had 11) - one solo and one with a party member and neither gave completion. Recorded clips of the ultimatums in case it's needed.

Same issue for me.

I can confirm that this worked for me. I got the challenge with a 9 mod + 30% dmg + 120% life inscribed ultimatum.
Before this I had done 2 others (8 and 10 mods) but did not get the challenge. I don't remember whether monster dmg/life were 30/120, but probably they were lower on my earlier tries.

+1 Bug still there. Didn't count for me.

+1, 9 node 83 area for unique item, twice and no credit. Still no taskmaster either lol
