Same here with 8, 9 and 10 modifier Inscribed Ultimatums.
recheck_achievements also does not resolve the issue. |

Ulltimate Undertaking Inscribed Ultimatum in an area level of 83 with at least 8 modifiers atm is bugged, tried twice with a 8 modifier, level 83 and it just didn't work. please fix! |
