Challenge Ultimate Undertaking doesn't complete for Inscribed Ultimatum

Example of Inscribed Ultimatum that did not trigger the challenge completion. Clearly something is wrong.

Just adding my bug report and picture/link to this thread to condense together.

Same here I have done many 8+ ultimatums at 83 and got nothing.

ggg please fix i want my purple health bar

I had the same issue. Done one 8 modifier and one 10 modifier (both excluding monster dmg and life lines), challenge not ticked.

Doesnt give me credit, it did count towards Unreal Ultimatum 0/10 though.

This one did work for the challenge for me (challenge shown complete at bottom):

ok guys can confirm it only works with at least 8 mods plus 30% monster damage and 120% monster life just tried and completed it myself
