Hideout Name: Overgrown Pyramid
Category: Natural Karui God: Tawhoa, Father of the Forest Hideout Base: Celestial Hideout A meandering, overgrown trail winds through a lush, dense jungle, revealing moss-covered stones and ancient relics along the way. As you follow its serpentine course, the path gradually ascends, guiding you toward the mystical aura of an ancient temple, hidden deep within the verdant wilderness. At the end of this clandestine route, you approach an overgrown statue, which serves as the elusive gateway to the long-forgotten temple.

Hideout Name: Hinekora's Afterlife
Hideout Base: Undercity Karui Gods: HINEKORA Category: Natural Size: Small Hideout inspired by Hinekora, Mother of Death. When entering the underworld there is a place to weigh your soul, a limbo of judgement if you will. Will you be worthy of a peaceful afterlife? Or tormented in the hells?

Where you will be able to walk the path of the Traveler and Hinekora. Later the path continues on to a forgotten meeting hall dedicated to Lani Hua. Around back you will find an old graveyard where our gra... ahem I mean archeolgists are camping. You may even see a ghost or two standing around. Heading back inside to the inner sanctum of the meeting hall you will encounter Kosis chained up. He has a couple of lines at least relating to lore one which I have only seen once along the lines of You are not of the Ramako tribe how is that you have chained me.

        ~ Failing to protect his tribe Tasalio broke his spear and wept, his sorrow filling vast dark seas... Afterwards he gathered all his might and became an ever vigilant guardian, granting power and favour to those who would listen to the waves. Even through the slumber one could feel his presence in the ebbs and flows of tides and the warm salty breeze over the ocean. Rakiata loved to sneak out of the Halls of the Dead through a crack in the well, run to the coast and breathe in the soothing winds over Tasalio's sea. It felt like a gift from the god himself. ~ Story behind the concept: I loved the idea of Rakiata sneaking out through the well to be able to see the sea again if only for a few moments. I imagined what she might encounter on the other side as she emerged from the well and tried conveying Tasalio's presence in every element. There is a sadness to it but also joy from simply being there to watch the waves and breathe the calming sea breeze. Until next time she sneaks out...
