Quin's latest RIP how is GGG not embarassed into improving the games spike dmg and signaling?
some of the best players of the game trying to puzzle out what killed him.
Quick question if expert HC players can't figure it out in slow motion, exactly what counter-play does GGG think is possible? I'm just a pleb but I know perfectly well what killed him: GGG doesn't have anyone that knows what "Time to Live" means in game design and thus no one can balance and normalize the games out of control dynamic spikes and absolute worst in Genre TTL and visual clarity and signaling into something resembling fair game design. Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4. If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years. Last bumped on Sep 14, 2023, 4:32:35 PM

There has always been a mystery about "what killed me" in this game for me. Lately there seems to be some rendering lag or lag involved. Getting killed to the invisible.
Tin foil hat - they dont add a death log because it would show you died to a bu g or un-explainable spike damage. |

why spend money when best players are simply recording their game watching at the replays and then go to poedb to have the exact numbers on all spells and attacks.

"You got a link to the RIP clip? No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

" https://clips.twitch.tv/AlertOptimisticAardvarkMVGame-YY5RRJKwQWOF3wld The comment of Janus Perandus is very fitting in that moment;) Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body." Only usable with Ethanol Flasks Last edited by gandhar0#5532 on Sep 7, 2023, 4:50:05 PM

It'll be Aukuna, overtuned AF since day 1 and never fixed - luckily fairly easy to just instagib.
Also he shouldn't be looting at the same time that ones a given |

Can you let me know who in particular amongst the elite HC streamers couldn't figure that death out? I'd like to lose respect for them. You can see the debuffs he takes right before death, that's an obvious clue. I'm having a very hard time imagining a pro not seeing what happened there on replay. This isn't even close to some of the top 'wtf?' deaths I've seen in the game.

" Basically all of them, so I'm sure they will all be heartbroken that some guy on the forums who's unaware of current POE goings on and apparently doesn't watch any of them has just generally less respect for them now. No offense, but What you think happened is just another opinion. And not exactly a weighty one at that Considering multiple clips of top players speculating repeatedly and reaching various not all that firm conclusions. None of which convinced Quin or even each other. But thats all besides the point... Its just evidence of poor game design. So is some guy on the forum doubting those streamers. It tells me there's more pareidolia going on than anything else. If a rip clip is needed the game failed to communicate fairly If slow motion is needed, the game failed to have competent time to live design If people on forums can't agree with expert HC players... the game did not signal or communicate the danger fairly in a way that allows counter play. Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
