Just get good bro

What skill? You press the button or two, and everything on screen die. That is how PoE works. You don't need skill here.
if it were so few players you wouldn't be here

i miss the good old russians, who were resistant to every change

have fun hammering your anvil

i am not going to be some battery to be leeched off by motherfuckers like you

these people on online platforms used to provide hope to people like me, who get excluded by the shit people out there. now these shit people expect me to put up with their kids

yeah. only if i get more divine guns pointed at me from powers beyond my control
How about letting the developers of the game decide where they want to go? Its their creation, not yours.
I dont think you understand how good the numbers are for poe, the game is essentially a single player game and the fact that it stays in steams top 10 as a single player game speaks volumes of how good the game is. a game that for 99% of people isnt that game you jump on and play with your group of friends holding these numbers is unheard of.

As for reaching 1mil players, it will most certainly require a poe 2 and it will require a fresh game that people can come in and learn from the ground up, tens of thousands of players dont wanna touch this game because it really is overwhelming for a new player and learning 10 years of content is a real pain. i also think that any new players that do commit to it will eventually quit (unless they do really fall in love with the game )because the entire trading system in the game just needs reworking, trading in this game is a requirement(unless you put in full time job kinda hours) and it just plain sucks.

Eh, not really. Cyberpunk, which was universally hailed as the god tier trash, got an expansion and performed basically on par with Sanctum, being a "full" AAA that actually requires payment and all. And all that without actual multi player, that PoE does have.

The only reason it stays there is because of expansions. If it ever stops, PoE goes back to it's regular 10k player base.

So a AAA game, with the largest advertising campaign in gaming history, with two major celebrities being paid millions to be in - and front the game, is "on par with" PoE for a couple of few weeks due to an expansion? And that is... A negative thing, or?

Sure, the expansions are what keeps PoE relevant and bring in the players. What's the point here? They ARE pushing out content and they ARE bringing in the players. And the numbers are consistently, league after league, some of the best numbers for a non-PvP focused game on Steam.

Being a hardcore, complex, mainly single player F2P game in a relatively niche genre (with a few exceptions), PoE numbers are huge.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
That was just a campaign from sony. The game was fine for pc users even on release, not flawless, but fine after all. Sony screwed up their ps5 release is what was going on and they wanted to swallow cd project red like a ripe fruit as we know now.

The "best ARPG in the market" with 10 years worth of content is still shackled to the same mediocre numbers if it ever stops pumping leagues out. It sure as fuck is not a positive thing. And i'm not even talking about how every time fanboys blow everything out of proportion then have an excuse ready on their lips when their predictions are wrong.

I still don't see the negative thing about a live service game staying relevant by pushing out content. Is it even possible to name one other game in the genre that has managed to stay relevant over time, other than the franchise that more or less created the genre? Isn't pushing out new content exactly what makes a game relevant? Should they have stopped after 1.0?

You're the one assuming i'm saying it's a negative thing, i'm just stating what it is.
