Who cares about divine drops, lol. They will happen eventually from time to time. Farm your desired league mechanic after clicking the related points in the atlas tree and sell the loot = profit.
Don't complain about things that are in the hands of rngesus. Divines are obviously a little bit rarer this league since there is no sanctum. Maybe items won't be as expensive later in the league if there aren't so many Divines around. That's usuallly how an economy works ;)
So don't cry and farm your maps/delve/heist whatever :)
