Yet another 'same issue here'. Did lighthouse both with and without Stream of Consciousness allocated, and divine vessel disappeared both times.

I encountered this as well.
Stream of Consciousness is NOT allocated.

Yes, of course I checked it with and w/o Stream of Consciousness
It simply does not work.

And as far as I can notice here - devs do nothing with it.

did anybody actually managed to get the "right boss" at all or is it ABSOLUTELY impossible right now

I've already spend 6 vessels because someone said that "it is not always spawn the right boss"

so far no luck

Ok so I tested it and it seems the stream of consciousness is the bug effecting it.

I did NOT have it allocated to start with and the divine vessel disappeared. I then allocated it and ran the map again and got filled vessel.

From reading another post someone did the opposite (had it allocated and then un-allocated it) and it worked for them. So just flip stream of conc and run the map again and see if it works for you.

Please further test and confirm but I am pretty sure this will fix it for you.

EDIT: So I really got it in the end

There are three possible bosses, so the statistically it should be 1 to 3 chance to get the vessel

it cost me 12 vessels

So yeah - it is possible at this state but highly frustrating, if you have enough emptyvessels and maps or willing to use your divine orbs...you can try

for the record I did NOT had stream of consciousness...not now, not before, not EVER
So I just bruteforced it on RNG
