Happened to me too. :(

I deleted 3 vessels and maps as well. Was starting slowly to lose my sanity thinking I forgot to put the Divine Vessel in the map device.

Lost 2 vessels today on Lighthouse. Nice :(

Same bug for me on lighthous map. I lost two divine vessels.

Yeah, it doesn't even work for me if i take Stream of Consciousness out. It's pretty frustrating after some tries.
