filled Divine Vessel is missing

Not only Divine Vessel. now im have missing Breach scarab - im put it to Field map and not have any Breach. Scarab vanished as vessel before.
Looks like Fragment mechanic broken for some players |

Did 2 lighthouses with divine vessels and they disappeared for me as well.

Same problem here: -trying to upgrade Soul of Solaris -2 divine vessels spent and nothing. -i checked with Sin also and nothing |
