No, the league was about just making a rogue-like (or lite, whichever) mechanic and having fun. They didn't make an entire league just to test if charms would work. Why on earth would you NEED a league to know whether or not adding in X amount of stat sticks would 'work'? The hate for GGG you seem to have has most definitely warped your opinion on nearly everything towards the cynical side. I get it to an extent, but it gets silly quickly when you reply with stuff like that.

after you did it alot of times like i did for piece of crap RNG achievement
i would tell it should be entirely reworked
new rooms floors boons added its bland and boring after while
and i hate the fact that i need to reroll to even fcking complete it

I'm not sure what you are talking about. Leagues have been about testing and tweaking for many years. What's silly is you think their development strategy is just for the luls and hap hazard without intent.
If you actually don't think they trial stuff, or are experimenting with elements that will appear in PoE2, well that's one way to go, I just happen to disagree with you, completely.

And as per usual, as soon as you're questioned, the subject changes. I never said they don't test things, no kidding they test things. And I disagree. I didn't change the subject. Sorry fact is I'm right here about GGG experimenting, and it's my opinion in this particular case on how some elements of Sanctum may be applied in the coming future adaptations.

Couldn´t agree more. I mean, I have 38 challenges done, check which two I haven´t done... both from the league-mechanic. I left Sanctum as soon as humanly possible, it´s the worst mechanic I have ever played in that game and I play for around 11 Leagues now.
And I fullheartly hate the idea of soulbound-items as well, because they completely take away the player-agency that was created with the new atlas in the first place - I want to run the content I enjoy, not the one that gives those elusive items.

Hah, I know what you are talking about. Out of the 12 sanctified relics I've found there is a single one which improves my build...and it gives me 2% attack and 2% movement speed via onslaught effect increase. If you ain't lucky you are not getting much out of Sanctum
