If this is intended which I really hope it isn't, than the wording on HoT and HoI need to be changed to say "this skill is not affected by modifiers to spells." because right not it says "modifiers to spell DAMAGE" and in PoE as far as I know, All references to damage is referring to the specific mods with the words "damage", and not damage in the general sense. Base crit, is not a "damage" mod, unless you interpret "damage" as general which it never has been.
Please if this could be addressed soon. Herald skills could do witch a much needed buff tbh. | |
