why? the skilled people who are playing it are rather interested in games and their challenges than pure entertainment. if you wanna be part of the game's development and open to new ideas ggg comes up with, there is no other way. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

No. There's no fun there for me. I want to see how powerful of a character I can make, how awesome of a character I can make. I don't play games to be abused, I played Everquest for 5 years, I've taken my gaming abuse for a lifetime.

My friends won't touch it despite my efforts, Which ultimately means i won't be playing it.
They would definitely try Hardcore if they changed the exit-destination for Hardcore-Challenge-League to be Standard-Challenge-League instead of standard(non challenge). Ruthless makes no sense to me unless its meant to replace hardcore. Innocence forgives you

For a league, never. I enjoy doing all the challenges.
I will make a Ruthless character I can progress over time though. |

The more I look into it, the more I feel like ruthless is the "real" poe. I'm definitely playing it for at least one league, if not forever more.

From current point of view i probably would, but we still have to see what kind of league we will have. It might be interesting to start thinking again about how to approach content, what tools/tactics to use and there will be a lot more gear upgrades to look forward to. In current version its like 2 serious upgrades, max 3 (post campaign). Trading might ruin it thou, might. energy shield most definitely going to be dead, thats for sure.
