Dear GGG,

I played Harvest league on ps4 when the client was busted. I spent so much time having to redo labs because the client would crash constantly, literally almost every five minutes sometimes. I still rebooted it every single time. And I'll still play it no matter what you do. Until I get bored. And I'll play something else. For 2.5 seconds. And then there will be a million events and I'm right back in it. >_>

That's how obsessed I am with this game, and I imagine many people are equally addicted, or they wouldn't be so butthurt.

I have seen you implement many things, some phenomenal, others not so much. I have seen the community respond logically, but also, and more often than not, extremely childishly. And I have seen you either respond eloquently, or miss the point entirely.

Honestly, it just makes me feel like we are one big, happy, bickering family. And I kind of love it. My parents kept a lot of information from me during my formative years too, and I've since needed numerous patches; and mine don't even come with notes, so who am I to judge?

That said, I think you are deserving of our support regardless of whether or not we like the changes you are implementing. You've always had an excellent back-and-forth with the community, even when you don't utter the words we expect you to, when we expect you to, and then even when you don't give in quickly enough to our little tantrums.

brooo it's sad. waiting 3 months to play one of the games I most enjoy, cos some stubborn devs / owners won't give up on their vision, that have been already disproof many times...

You guys are doing great! You fixed the death pop up, and put the delay back on which was probably the most annoying thing for me. Everything else feels good. I have a spark build with almost no investment that got to red maps. Thats really good for me. Thanks for your hard work.

the loot was literally fine for YEARS. How hard is it to simply undo the bad chages you've made?

Someone said it well in one of the first replies to this update: Any mob should be able to drop most loot. We want to be rewarded for killing mobs, making cool builds that accomplish this. Not feeling like 95% of everything we kill is fucking pointless.

What has happened to this game? really sad honestly.
Some changes are good. There's a lot of deaths due to on-death effects.

Hopefully in 3.20 we can see improvements to crafting and the loot system. As a long-time MF player I don't enjoy the culling meta either. Perhaps a way to address this issue is that IIQ/IIR bonus from gear only applies if that person dealt 50% or more of the monster's health. Sounds challenging for me to implement but it's a suggestion. Other option is to nerf the x-touched IIR scalling and give some love to magic monsters please.

You could go farther than this wonderful example. Have salary based on a random confetti ceiling drop once every 2 years. On average, salary is the same no?

Could go even better by forcing employees to change into magic find diapers before opening said ceiling confetti drops.

The above is meant purely in jest. But I think it accurately describes the problem when amount of work and/or talent are decoupled from rewards.

You want to reduce TFT power but increase it with loot goblins (which feels bad even without the culler issue).

You don't even consider that players should be rewarded continuously instead of once in a blue moon. This is what the player base hate. We want to feel that ANY mob can drop at anytime a big item. Why should I kill ANYTHING if I can just make a speedy build that hunt certain monsters.

Absolutely this. Plus, you apparently think the current state of AN is peachy.

Nothing is playable unless you play it JUST SO. There now is Only the meta. Any deviation is severely punished.

Might as well give us prefab chars to pick from like a fighting game. This is just that with extra steps.
