I m white-knighting hard during this time, but even I have to admit that it is absolute cancer. I do not hold some personal grudge against tft but damn, that should be NEVER the way one gets optimal loot.

I'd simply snapshot item rariry and quant on coming to the portal and if gear changes it will adjust to the LOWER value.

So if you get 1000rarity find with bad stats, then swap to 100rarity it will be 100rarity forever, even if someone with 5000rarity comes later. in party play it will snapshot people that came in first 1 minute in to the map.

Something of this sort or something even smarter should be done.

This punishes gear swapping shenigans and ignores people that get called later, I think that is good start for brainstorming.

Issue with it is X swap gear stuff, but even in diablo 2 that could be done (i was doing it on blizzard sorc mf farmer, swapping to 2x alibaba with 4x ist socketed in)

I've gotten more loot from Resident Evil hardcore mode runs than both of my entire lvl 80-90 characters this league.

The game feels awful right now. Until they revert the loot changes I'm leaving my steam review as negative, which is a shame because it really shouldn't have come to this. TFT MF culling LOL. Terrible design.

Like, this guy really is missing the point. Yes, the changes hit top-end players the most. But historically PoE actually rewarded you for juicing, and it doesn´t anymore. There is nothing to argue about that, and he can repeat 500 times people are fine - but the fact is if you do not enable a few people or groups to CONSUME massive amounts of juicing-related consumables the market will definately feel it.

And secondly, people really play into his hands in regards to loot, because he intentionally never ever mentioned the harvest nerfs which basically put crafting back into stone age. We literally had better options of crafting in 3.10, that is nearly 10 leagues guys. 10 leagues. And without crafting there is less gear progression and therefore less fun to stick around. I don´t even say you NEED those items anymore since u dont juice, but why keep playing if you can do fast t16-mapping with 1-2 scarabs, because thats the endgame now, nothing else afterwards.

I have a 91 and an 82 now. I did not get a single Exalt or Divine drop....

That does not match up at all with the statements about loot....

They said they were making rares harder but more rewarding. I've killed hundreds if not thousands of rares and the best thing I've gotten so far is a couple stacks of Blacksmith whetstones, and random crap utility flasks.

Exactly same here.

All i read from their statemets are brutal lies.

The drop rate atm is abysmall garbage.

165 x 100 quantity maps and i got only 1 fkn divine..

Had to do this when I playing a few hours ago. It was a horrible experience. Luckily the guild I trade currency with sent a MF culler to me (just had to wait 10 minutes for him to show up (my bet is he was having to do the same for other players). I don't like playing like this. I do not ever want to do that again.

Hell I bet the players running the MF culler services are not happy doing that either.
